Izzy Adams' return to Eden Falls is supposed to be short and sweet-see her sister marry the man of her dreams, then return to her life in San Francisco. But a surprising discovery changes everything. The beautiful Victorian house she's always admired is for sale. Izzy is convinced, with help, the house can be restored to its former glory.



Construction contractor Gunner Stone is the best in the business. When he's called to give a renovation estimate on an old Victorian, he sees a winter of solid work with good pay. There's just one major complication, the new owner is a girl he's had feeling for since she was a teenager. She's also the last person to see his sister alive.



The last thing either of them need is a distraction, but fate and a fortune-teller see things differently.
