Forever

Jerome (Cal) Anderson made a life altering discovery in the debris of an alien crash that occurred outside Roswell, New Mexico in 1947. That discovery gave him capabilities that mere humans didn't possess including extremely slow aging. After thirty years in the Navy, the final dozen with the Seals, he retired. For the next twenty-five years he worked on behalf of the American people by way of a long time United States Senator from Texas. Along the way, he fell in love with the Senator's granddaughter, Dianne Fowler, who also happens to be the daughter of the newly elected President of the United States Jonathan Fowler who won his seat in the 2016 election. He fought that love because he knew as she grew old, he would remain young. He stayed away until he just couldn't any longer. Jonathan's political enemies want him gone by any means possible. One way they tried over and over again is to kidnap Dianne and force him to withdraw or it will cost him his daughter's life. Cal stopped each and every attempt, while falling further in love with Dianne with each incident as she fell for her secret savior. Their next and final attempt will be to kill her. Dianne knows it.
