The author of the book who was awarded his PhD in History, International Relations and Archeology by Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, has published several research proposals, papers and books on foreign policy of middle east countries in the US, Canada, Russia and Iran. The book "Foreign Policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Middle East" has dealt with the leaders of Iran and the structure of Iranian foreign policy in different periods between 1979 and 2017. Actually, it has clarified the effect of the Iranian foreign policy on two countries Saudi Arabia and Syria, and the role of Iran in the Middle East in view of supporting Shiite governments versus Sunni Arabs and sectarianism. Besides, the book has been written based on the author's PhD thesis that was defended in Peoples' Friendship University of Russia in 2018.
