Forecasters Reference Workbook

Forecasters Reference Workbook provides operational forecasters with essential charts they need to complete the analysis, diagnosis, and forecast process. In today's meteorological community, the vast majority of information is gathered by computer programs and websites. These don't have the degree of fine detail that the vellum poster-size maps offered from years ago.

In this volume we collect all of the most essential charts in an economical color book and provide multiple copies in blank form. These include three forms of Skew-T soundings, along with hodographs, movement nomograms, and radar elevation tables. These pages are meant to be drawn in, reused, or torn out as needed. They can also be used for classroom assignments.

This book has been designed by a veteran forecaster in the operational meteorological community for use by other forecasters. And for hobbyists and storm chasers, it provides a useful reference and instructional tool.
