Years after Hurricane Nichole left the small, coastal town of Anchor Point, Florida devastated and dilapidated, transplants like Ryan Cooper moved in to live their dreams. Ryan comes across the deal of a lifetime - an open-air bar for mere pennies on the dollar.

Grayson Meade- freshly divorced, homeless, and trying to figure out who he is- wanders into Anchor Point looking for a new start. Grayson establishes himself in the town and in Ryan's life after securing a job at Paradise 11.
