Evm System Guide

The EVM System Guide is an integrated management control system comprising a set of major subsystems. This document consists of an overview of the EVM Sysyem followed by a description of each major subsystem. It also includes a copy of the Earned Value Management System Evaluation with annotations to provide a cross reference to applicable paragraphs of the system description. This system description plus related company policies, procedures, guidelines, instructions, and project directives comprise the total performance measurement system. It is an essential reference to Project Controls Systems, Auditing and support of implementation and certification.
