At the eighth "Bonner Gespräch zum Energierecht" in November 2013 academics as well as members of all involved industries met in Lerbach to discuss today''s questions of the internal energy market in Europe.The papers deal with the recent legal and political changes from various angles. In particular questions of the basic right to peaceful enjoyment of property were addressed as well as changes with the German renewable energies act (EEG). However, as usual, not only legal problems were adressed, but the relevant questions were also being looked at from an economic point of view.
