ETHICAL MENTORSHIP : Missing Link in Transformational Leadership

This book moves beyond the major mentoring models and theories which emphasize mentors (coaches)' goal-setting criteria towards the success of the mentees (clients)'s overall support through motivation, training, direction, and advising. The book assumes that the mentor has succeeded and that the client has been coached. The book goes a step further and focuses on the ethical leadership approach in the mentoring process and avouches that the major reason why theories and models on mentoring have not borne sustainable results is because of the absence of an ethical component on the part, mostly, of the coaches or mentors. The saliences briefly discussed in here are universal in nature and apply to all levels of leadership interactions.
