Estella Porter and the Amulet of Famarikind

In the first of an anticipated trilogy, destitute young witch Estella Porter must risk it all for a chance to save her father's life. 



Living in a kingdom usurped by a greedy and evil king, Estella watches helplessly as the rich become richer and the poor die of starvation. While she's a gifted witch, she lives in a poor village and doesn't have a spellbook, rendering her magic all but useless. 

Estella's father becomes deathly ill and she vows to find a way to save his life. When she learns of a great sorcerer who crafted magical artifacts; some of which could permanently cure all diseases within weeks of wear, Estella knew finding one of these artifacts-particularly the Amulet of Famarikind-was her family's only hope. 



On her quest, she struggles against the forces of evil and the ticking clock of her father's life as she discovers more about her magic and unexpectedly prepares to overthrow the king.
