Essays of renowned philosopher Arthur Schopenhauer are included in this book. The word Arthur Schopenhauer is all that is written on the stone marking his tomb in Frankfort, without even the year of his birth or death. When asked where he wanted to be buried, Schopenhauer said, Anywhere; they will find me. The pessimist Schopenhauer had a sufficiently upbeat conviction that people would eventually pay attention to his message.
