Environmental security: the mechanism of legal support

The monograph is based on the authors' systematic and comprehensive study of environmental security of Russia in the context of the problems of its administrative and legal support.This publication contains a summary of the main issues in the framework of the administrative-legal regulation of environmental security in the Russian Federation: the concept of environmental security as an object of administrative-legal regulation, the mechanism of environmental security, including normative-legal, institutional and instrumental basis, directions of optimization of administrative-legal provision of environmental security in the Russian Federation.
