As I sat on the couch, the kids already in bed, I knew she was right. Feeling exhausted after a full day's work, my wife asked me to come to bed. I tried to pretend that everything was okay, but in my heart, I didn't know if that was true. Staring at our bank account slipping to zero, I felt like a failure-as a father, a husband, as well as a business owner. While I was considering giving up on our business dreams, her words and wisdom were all I needed to press forward.



Brian and Mary Jo Sullivan learned how to balance faith, family, and a business the hard way. Brian had three young children at home when he started his engineering firm. He knows the challenge of working more than one hundred hours a week, having his children wonder if he lives at the office, and attempting to live out his faith all at the same time.
