Endometrial Cancer

Endometrial cancer is the most common gynecological cancer and the sixth cause of cancer in developed countries. The findings that EC is a heterogeneous group of tumors with distinct risk factors and histopathological features, together with our improved understanding of its molecular mechanism has paved the way to the investigation of new surgical and medical therapies. The aim of this book is to give a complete overview on risk factors, pre-operative methods and management of endometrial cancer.
