En Busca del Autocontrol / In Search of Self-Control

Pensar es bueno, pensar con conciencia cr?tica es a?n mejor, pero pensar demasiado es una bomba para la salud. Pensar demasiado y sin autocontrol es una fuente de agotamiento mental. Nos estamos estresando de forma r?pida, intensa y global en la era de las computadoras e Internet. Estamos llevando nuestra psique a un quiebre colectivo y no nos damos cuenta. Nos entrenan desde la primera infancia para ba?arnos, cepillarnos los dientes y lavarnos las manos, pero no hemos aprendido a limpiar nuestra psique, nuestra mente, a resetear el inconsciente que emana ideas y preocupaciones angustiosas. Thinking is good, thinking with critical awareness is even better, but overthinking is a health bomb. Overthinking without self-control is a source of mental exhaustion. We are becoming stressed quickly, intensely and globally in the age of computers and the Internet. We are bringing our psyche to a state of collective bankruptcy and we do not realize the evil of the century. We are trained since early childhood to perform bodily hygiene, take a bath, brush our teeth and wash our hands, but we have not learned to decontaminate our psyche, to clean our minds, to re-edit the unconscious source that emanates distressing ideas and concerns.
