The book was birthed out of a deep place of vulnerability from personal experiences of Systemic Discrimination & Racism in the workplace, and from the urgency to open the eyes of many people and make them aware of its existence in this 2020. The information contained in this book will assist individuals who are genuinely looking for ways to avoid interpersonal conflict, discrimination, and racism in their work environments. Understanding of Cultural Diversity, and Competence will help alleviate a toxic work environment and increase productivity.
