Egg Things

Laurence Muleh's THINGS series is designed to engage infants and toddlers from ages birth to 3. Each picture book in the THINGS series presents over 30 illustrations on a single subject, such as eggs, gardens, trucks, cats, and the ocean. The structure of each book is framed around it's own haiku, with each line of the haiku presenting the theme for each chapter. With three chapters in each picture book, you are provided with a wide range of rich and beautiful illustrations to engage in with an infant or toddler. Children will learn the skills of categorization, and comparing and contrasting, and will benefit from exposure to new vocabulary and imagery. The vibrant, stylized illustrations will provide a fun platform for discussion.
