This book is mainly compilation of my seminar paper presented at Oxford Center for Mission Studies during my PhD research from 2009 to 2018. I pray that these somewhat incomplete collection of papers will inspire researching scholars who's dedicate to see church of Jesus Christ established and become self-sustaining.
