Adie Hamilton's lifelong dream of joining a prestigious archaeological excavation in Egypt is finally realised when she lands a spot on maverick professor Killian Carmichael's team. However, Adie quickly realises her brilliant but grumpy boss has little patience for her youthful enthusiasm and intuitive approach to the dig. Luckily, she forges a connection with fellow archaeologist Anton Kelley, who is more than happy to indulge Adie's passions - both professional and personal. But as Adie navigates her increasingly thorny relationships with the two men, she learns they have an equally complicated history.



Once, Killian was driven by the same thirst for discovery that fuels Adie, until his youthful enthusiasm cost him everything he held dear - his career, his friends, and the love of his life. He's still haunted by those past mistakes, even as he finds himself inexplicably drawn by Adie's drive and keen spirit. Both of which leave him itching to guide and possess her in equal measure.



As the excavation progresses, the three archaeologists must combine their talents to locate a missing relic before Killian's bitter rival, a cult leader intent on cashing in on their efforts, gets to it first. With grave robbers, fanatical groupies, and pesky feelings complicating the mission, the trio compete in a high-stakes race against time. For Adie, failure is not an option - she'll stop at nothing to unearth the relic, even if it means making some ethically questionable choices.



Don't Mess with my Relic is a spicy standalone romance featuring a grumpy professor, his keen recruit, and a mysterious adventurer with questionable ethics. It contains sword-crossing shenanigans, sweltering heat, and a lot of playing in the dirt. If you ever wanted to be/do Indy, then this is the spicy archaeological adventure romance for you.
