Depression

Many people are diagnosed with depression and anxiety. In our society it's very common but still looked down upon. Those who have depression keep their emotions inside in fear of being judged or being told they just want attention. With this collection of poems, it goes into detail about the daily thoughts and actions of some who have depression and anxiety. This poems do not glorify suicide but does talk about it as if they had died. These are original poems that were written specifically to show the struggles we face from being bullied or everyday life.
