Deep Fried Fate

Love, Power, Money, Drugs! Human lures and obsessions in all their user-friendly forms are zooming towards St. Frewin's Island, somewhere off the coast of Maine. Public Safety Officer Jane Roberts, a newly appointed "Secret Agent,"  scrambles to tackle these beasts with good old island panache-possibly illegal, reliably outrageous! When she finds a blood-drenched body, grief and fury embolden her to scour for evidence that only the guilty could shed. During a face-off with the murderers, Officer Jane is counting on a wing and a prayer to skewer them for good. Her bosses, however, have another idea-they're about to let the guilty parties go free! Until, that is, a cell phone starts ringing....
