When Kate Curtis's boss, renowned fashion designer Cynthia Skye-Adams, decides to spend Christmas at an upscale resort in Wyoming, Kate hopes it means a vacation for her too. But that is not what her boss has in mind. Instead, the woman insists on having Kate close by in case anything comes up that needs a personal touch.So, when the resort loses Kate's reservation, and she's forced to room in the staff area, she is sure this will be the worst Christmas ever. But rooming in the basement has its perks-namely an attractive hotel manager who does everything in his power to turn Kate's miserable holiday into her dream come true.
