Dear Mr Ely

Poetry is a way of expressing oneself in an almost song, rhyme and rhythm. These stories have a motion all of their own. Some are fast, yet some are mellow. Some poems are analytical of days gone by. The CLIMBING POEM, when written was felt immensely. I could feel the blisters stinging into my hands as I came down the rope. I was about eight at the time. The lesson was to wear gloves, ha, ha, ha. So many childhood pleasure of intrigue and decisions that spilled over to my own family. Read on and maybe you can enjoy the moments as much as I did and still do.
