En af de virkeligt gode bøger- skriver dette efter flere måneder efter at have læst bogen, så den har gjort indtryk. Noget af grundessensen er at droppe kampen mod angsten - at tillade de trælse følelser og fornemmelser, da de IKKE er farlige, og da kampen og forsøget med at tvinge ubehaget væk vedligeholder angst.
