Crystal's journey over the rainbow

Crystal woke up and looked out of the window. She could see this beautiful rainbow, spanning the whole width, as far as her eyes could see. The rainbow colours were glorious, vivid and bright.

She wondered: What do all these colours mean and why are they there?

To find out Crystal takes the plunge into the unknown and goes on a journey over the rainbow.

Each chapter is based on a colour of the rainbow, guided by our chakras.

It allows us to understand each chakra, the importance of them, and that life is a journey of discoveries, including who we are as a person.
