Crop Physiology

The goal of this book on Crop Physiology is to provide practical applications of the theoretical knowledge it covers. This book combines basic principles and procedures with exercises that focus on demonstrating important physiological and metabolic processes, such as osmosis, diffusion, water potential, stomatal frequency and index, plant water status, water relations, the measurement of absorption spectrum of chloroplastic pigments and fluorescence, leaf area, plant growth, and transpiration.
