Critical Reflections in Migration Research is an attempt to critically approach the epistemology of migration research. The editors bring together an array of critical essays and opinion pieces in order to analyze the migration research in various countries. The volume makes an original contribution by presenting new research directions in the field especially in Turkey, Morocco, Poland, Germany, France, and the UK. The contributors bring a fresh perspective by pointing out that interaction between West-North and East-South is needed in order to produce more holistic studies and bypass the difficulties of funding especially in the peripheries of Europe.
