Corporate Taxation in the Dutch Caribbean and Latin American Region

This book, which was written for the Comparative Dutch Caribbean and Latin American Tax Law course of the Double Degree Program in International and European Tax Law of the Universities of Maastricht and Aruba, focuses on providing the reader a comprehensive view on the taxation of corporate entities in the Caribbean and Latin American region. Furthermore, the book is structured in a manner in which readers can easily compare the taxation of corporate entities in the jurisdictions studied.
