What sets the fiction in the story apart from the conventional, is its developing daring to look beneath the surface and explore the brighter aspects of our humanity that have been kept artificially dark. The exploration is powered by a deep-reaching honesty with oneself in numerous interlocking dimensions, some with a thread of sex and romance running through, and a touch of the erotic. The novel is also focused on politics and a wider marriage on a path where both become overlaid with the Principle of Universal Love.
