Coaching Life 3 is the continuing story of three unlikely partners building Simora Coaching, a London coaching consultancy. Jasper Oran and Simone Marshall, two colleagues and friends, reluctantly team up with Kathleen O'Connell, their former boss and sharp businesswoman who provides the money and connections they need. The story explores their clashing personalities as they navigate client crises, corporate politics, and personal vulnerabilities. Jasper brings philosophical depth but struggles with commitment, torn between his wandering nature and his connection to ex-partner Florence and her son in Scotland. Simone offers analytical precision and mediation while reclaiming suppressed aspects of her identity. Kathleen provides business acumen but must confront her fear of intimacy through her complicated relationship with American psychiatrist Elijah. Through mentorship, crisis management with clients, and moments of genuine breakthrough, the three evolve from a fractious alliance into an authentic and effective collaboration. With help from experienced coach-mentors Alan and Alison, they develop both their unique methodology and their partnership dynamics.
