Citizen Governance

The book is based on a notion of governance centered on civil participation that manages to detach itself from other political systems, forms of State and government regimes such as democracy to arrive at a new instance that is based on responsible negotiation and consensus. In this new enterprise of accountability and information transparency, the book to bet on both issues as long as the political and social actors maintain win-win relationships and from them emerge new forms of socio-political representation and a global agenda.
