Beskrivelse

Princess Činnosti has escaped from an evil king. At great risk to herself, she travels alone in dangerous forests to seek aid from the emperor to save her village from annihilation. Kazak Adarken, a vicious warlord of the emperor's elite warriors has just brutally destroyed murderous bandits with his bare hands when he hears word of a beautiful sprite on a horse racing through the woods. Intrigued, he chases after her. Cini fears she has hopped from the frying pan to the fire when the animalistic Kazak captures her and declares he has chosen her to be his wife. The brute's stunted English is guttural and heavily accented, making him appear the savage barbarian that he is. Cini adamantly declines his offer to wed, in vain. Months pass, and although Cini has started to have feelings for the male she calls the Beast that is holding her prisoner, she tricks Kazak and sneaks away to save her village. But, the evil king captures her, and after vile torture he plans to burn her at the stake. Kazak is devastated when he finds her gone and frantically searches for her for months. Will he find his bride before the king has fulfilled his vengeance and Cini breathes no more? This is a stand-alone, HEA novel.
