Who is this young man from Bethlehem, Georgia? Crowds gather to hear him speak and strange things seem to happen when he is around. Douglas Cole and Marcia McNally who work together in a Chicago advertising agency hear Christopher on a remote radio station while driving through their southern territories. Marcia is so mesmerized by his voice that she flies back to Georgia to seek him out. Doug soon follows. When a U.S.senator invites Chris to Washington to speak. Doug and Marcia are invited to go along. The senator's gorgeous but mysterious assistant, Lilith accompanies them around Washington and then to the Democratic Convention Here against a backdrop of wildly cheering delegates, a behind-the- scenes battle ensues between the forces of Good and Evil.
