Choose Love

In this book you will find many stories, ideas and concepts created from a heart full of great gratitude for all the love I have in my life, for all the ways I can share that love and for the courage I embody to keep pressing on in the middle of adversity, upsets & event tragedy. The signs and symbols of love showing in my world started when my son, Luke, found the most perfect heart rock for me (see cover). I kept seeing heart shaped rocks in my daily life and began to journal about them and the feelings they brought up in me. Soon I began seeing heart shapes in food, nature, at work, around my house. They seemed to be just for me. This book is a compilation of my life of love.
