Challenges and opportunities in the pathway of development: Case of Turkey

The globalization process offers countries the opportunity to integrate with world economies. Turkish economy has undergone significant structural transformation since the 1980s and experienced intense global developments in this complex period. Turkey, having strengths and weaknesses, is also faced with many threats and opportunities in the mentioned process.
