ABOUT THE AUTHOR:

Cynthia Fabian was born in Los Angeles but grew up in New York City. Now retired from teaching, she resides in Venice, Florida, where she is an ecological volunteer and an inventor.

"I was a middle grade teacher, and I knew a lot of kids that would not recycle, I decided to write a story helping kids to unerstand why it is important."
