Cancer Atlas of the United Kingdom and Ireland 1991-2000

Produced and compiled by the National Cancer Intelligence Centre at the Office for National Statistics in collaboration with experts from the cancer registries and other researchers. This atlas presents data on cancer incidence and mortality from the whole of the UK and Ireland in a uniquely useful and detailed way. It provides in-depth analysis of the data at health authority level for the period 1991-2000, giving a detailed picture of geographical patterns in the most commonly occurring cancers and relating these patterns to known and putative risk factors, and to socio-economic deprivation.Illustrated with colour maps and charts
