By This Hand

In the 1950's drama, 'By This Hand', based on the stage play, tells the story of when condemned prisoner Eliza Ferry reunites with an old friend, Martha Connor, a tough brothel madam. Although their meeting begins well, it does not take long before they are on tumultuous, emotional journey of dark secrets and sacrifice.

As Martha delves into the truth behind a past murder, long-buried memories resurface, putting their friendship to the ultimate test within the harsh confines of the prison. With sinister guards adding to the tension, shocking revelations threaten to tear them apart. But then, deadly twists of fate, force Martha to make desperate choices, pushing her to see how far she would go to protect not only Eliza but also herself.
