Building Commitment

Building Commitment is a logical follow-on to the author's Making and Fulfilling Your Dreams as a Leader (2014). There are two imperatives for building and sustaining a successful organization. The first imperative is architecting a sound strategy. The second imperative is to build a work culture that fosters genuine commitment that inspires the people who can make it happen to strive to achieve shared aspirations. Making and Fulfilling Your Dreams as a Leader addressed the first imperative. This book addresses the second imperative.
