Detective Rachel Carrington is not your average detective. With her outspoken nature and her bad cop routine, Detective Carrington is not making friends anytime soon and that's what the Pine Valley Police Department needs when bodies of pregnant women are being found in the woods surrounding the quant little town. Detective Carrington and her partner, Detective Anderson, specialize in endangered-missing. A large percentage of their missing cases turn into murder cases; and this case is no different. Five women turn up missing while four of them are found dead in the woods. Rachel and Daniel are against the clock when the fifth victim is reported missing.
