Information overloads, analyses, judgments, and stereotypes are separating us. How do we find respite from all of these, and how do we frame our thoughts and attitudes to enjoy harmonious relationships? Dr. Lakshmi N Reddi presents light and love as the essential elements we could use to build harmonious relationships among ourselves. We find that the objective world is full of relational realities. We see what we want to see in it. The threefold awareness of mind - subject, verb, and object, creates so many differences in our perceptions of the objective world. A few attitude shifts about ourselves and about the nature of our objective realities, will allow us to develop a state of mind where we are in unison with everything around. With this state of mind, we could live and lead in harmony in our organizations and communities.
