Berufsbildung für nachhaltige Entwicklung im Transfer

The funding priority 'Vocational education and training for sustainable development in transfer for training personnel 2020-2022' ('Vocational education and training for sustainable development transfer') aimed to take selected results from previous pilot projects on sustainable development 'from project to structure' and to generate knowledge and findings for transfer. To this end, a separate transfer programme was launched for the first time, in which the existing findings and results from previous pilot projects were further developed in order to permanently establish sustainability-related qualifications for training staff at various educational institutions. The projects included the chemical industry, commercial professions, the bakery trade, geriatric care and the dairy industry, among others, as well as pursuing approaches that are not sector-specific. At the same time, scientific findings on transfer conditions and transfer models for VETSD were to be generated, which can provide important information for subsequent projects and programmes in particular. This volume presents the results of the transfer model trials and transfer research and reflects on them from different perspectives.
