Beloved Child

Nesh is worried and confused about the whole notion of Black lives matter and wonders if she is black or white. She gathers the courage to ask her grandfather about it. Grandpa uses ladybirds to tells her a beautiful story about differences in color, body shapes and sizes in a gentle and beautiful way. At the end of the story, Nesh knows that she is her parents beloved child and feels empowered about who she is. This is a gentle and beautiful story told through the eyes of a child.
