Be-Loved

What is intimacy with God? Is it important? Is it something to be desired? Jesus said that the greatest commandment was to first love Him, and then love others as ourselves. (see Matthew 22:37-38). All of this begs one important question: How do we learn to love? I think he answer is incredibly simple: By being loved. But here's the thing: You can't give away what you don't have. We can't authentically love God or others until we are first secure in the depths of His love for us personally. In this five-week journey, we'll examine intimacy with God through the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ, along with our call to action in the Great Commission. Each of these unique stages of Jesus' ministry and mission to restore our intimate connection with God contain precious keys that can be used to unlock a greater depth of communion with Him.
