In this new book, we go deep into the Baseball America archives and pull out all our scouting reports for more than 250 players who went on to become Major League stars. For the second edition of Before They Were Stars the Baseball America staff will update the player roster to include current stars of the sport and add veterans who missed the cut in 2018. The 2019 edition will include past scouting reports on Christian Yelich, Alex Bregman, Cody Bellinger, Javier Baez, Blake Snell and others. Look for new photos throughout the book in 2019, plus comprehensive prospect rankings to segment current and former MLB stars.
