Asking For A Friend: 2021's Most Interesting Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Advice

I have been providing 'advice' via my website for many years. When I created a diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging group on LinkedIn and started connecting with like-minded DEIB professionals, that type of advice request really started taking off. I primarily hear from people who are actively working on DEIB issues at their company, but I also hear from others who have diversity and inclusion questions and concerns.
