This work is the compilation of personal and professional experiences of psychologists in training when implementing workshops in a social community context, based on participatory and experiential methodological strategies that allowed to generate knowledge with those who participated in them from a critical participatory analysis of the central themes, where the intervention on masculinities, prevention of school violence and bullying, self-esteem, stress management, comprehensive sex education and social skills are rescued.It is necessary to understand what a group is, to know that groups are the places where we build and transform ourselves as human beings, with all its power in community intervention and in human and social relations, and that therefore the group deserves the greatest knowledge and care, in this way, learning from the experiences of intervention will allow us to continue generating and applying strategies appropriate to each population and above all, to direct the necessary mechanisms for social change from the psychological profession.
