Antrim tells the stories of people in a small prairie town in the United States during the mid-Twentieth Century. The families, neighbors, and friends appear in multiple chapters, revealing themselves -- and each other -- as the events of their lives unfold. Sometimes the people of Antrim are funny and charming; sometimes they are troubled and mean. But, they are always people who are true to themselves and the heritage of the American heartland.
