Beth is a contract killer working out of New York. First she hits a Russian mob boss, then a politician in Washington. After that things start to go awry. She can't contact the Network, the organization she works for. She is set up for an ambush and then attacked. Could it be the Network no longer needs her services? Or is it a deep cover government agency called the Web?



Around the same time, a street urchin crashes into her life. Becoming obsessed with him, she takes him home and drunkenly dresses him as a girl, calling him Angie. They go on the run together, with Beth slowly falling in love with him. Headed for Mexico, with both the Network and the Deep Web on their tail, can they get across the border alive?
