This Ancient Secrets Cookbook implements many of the ideas from the Ancient Secrets book and gives you ways to eat that do not cause pain and suffering. It's not easy cutting out gluten, refined sugar, dairy, and nightshade vegetables, but if you can change what you eat, you can change your life!
