Low self-worth? It is easy to recognize in ourselves, others and our teens, but what do we do about it? How do you go from low self-worth to positive self-worth? Anchored is a bible study presenting a step-by-step process outlining the journey from low self-worth to knowing our full worth in Christ. Your Anchored journey will define your worth in Him, define the lies you believe about yourself and how these lies were formed. You will discover the behaviors you engage in as a result of these lies as well as how to change them. The lies defining your worth will be replaced with biblical truth as forgiveness and rebuilding a new life in Him begins. Finally, the study ends with a strategy to maintain your worth in Him as you venture back out into the world with positive self-worth. Please note, Anchored is a deep dive into the truth about who you are in the hopes of bringing deep healing to the participant. Anchored's author, Cindy R. Lee is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing counseling to children, adolescents and adults who have suffered relational trauma. Cindy combines her biblical knowledge and love for the Lord with her years of experience helping the hurting achieve healing. Anchored is for those who seek deep lasting change and are willing to face the truth to obtain it.
